INCLUSIONS:
When you purchase a cover, you will receive the following:
* DIGITAL files of a unique cover which is sold only once. No physical product will be shipped. Your files will not be watermarked.
* an exclusive license to use your purchased cover for any and all purposes. RCS retains the copyright for the cover, but your purchase gives you unrestricted use in all digital formats and platforms, in perpetuity;
* two (1900 x 2700 px, 300dpi) cover files in JPG and WebP formats (other formats available upon request). These files are suitable for DIGITAL (ebook) book covers only unless you are purchasing a print cover as well;
* if your individual cover files are over 5mb in size, you will receive additional, slightly smaller files for publishing on platforms that require them;
* up to 3 blocks of text or other elements, in addition to your book title and author name, displayed on the cover (these may include author descriptions or accolades, review quotes or author endorsements, series number/title, etc.).
* very minor changes, such as eye color change or change of typeface/s (fonts). Please enquire before purchasing as to whether the changes you would like are possible. I reserve the right to veto changes where they would be unsuitable, e.g. changing from an elegant script font on an historical romance cover to a whimsical handwritten one.
Please note that this is not an instant download due to the customized nature of the product. Your completed files will be sent to you via messaging or email. Please allow 3-5 days for completion, particularly if you have selected add-ons such as a print cover as well.
At the time of purchase or after*, please ensure that I have the following information:
1. The title of your book, and any subtitle, if applicable;
2. Author name to be used on the cover;
3. Up to three extra lines of text—e.g. author accolades (such as “#1 Bestselling Author”), series title, review copy, author endorsement, tagline, etc. Any extra text must be listed exactly as you want it to be displayed on the cover! (I won’t make any unauthorized changes). Unless you have specific instructions as to the placement of the extra text, I will use my judgment (taking into consideration both aesthetics and legibility). If you have a series logo (preferably in PNG format with a transparent background) and would like it to be placed on the cover as well, send the file to me via messaging or email: romancecoverstore@gmail.com.
4. Any other information I may need to know.
You may purchase additional cover options, including print, audio, image-only covers, at an additional cost. Add-ons may only be purchased in conjunction with an ebook cover. Please see my other listings for available extras.

Please note that generative AI is used in many RCS designs (as well as stock images) and you may be required to disclose to your publishing platform/s that AI has been used in the making of the cover.
I will accept cancellation of the order for any reason within 24 hours. After this time, when work has commenced, you will no longer be able to cancel the order nor obtain a refund.

All images, regardless of the source, are then extensively edited in Photoshop. All typographical (text) elements are created without use of AI. If you wish to have the font changed, you must choose a font from one of my other designs, for which I have a commercial license.
No client’s data is, or will ever be, used to train AI models.
You may not resell or distribute any or all of the cover design.

RCS reserves the right to use the completed cover for promotional purposes, on social media, the RCS website, or on other platforms.
