Overview
Our refund policy lasts ninety (90) days. If 90 days have passed since your receipt of the final cover file/s, it is at the discretion of Romance Cover Store whether to offer you a full refund. Please note the following conditions:
To be eligible for a refund, your cover file/s cannot have been uploaded and/or displayed in ANY digital form, including but not limited to: internet sites, forums, private or public groups, social media accounts and pages. If you wish to use your file/s for A/B testing or for other purposes, such as promotions, teasers, trailers, etc, you may do so; however, you will not then be eligible for a refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Add-on products that have been personalized
If you wish to apply for a refund after you have been in receipt of the file/s for 90 days or more, we may require proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refund will be granted:
- Files that have extensive personalization, e.g. add-on products with the cover file/s
- Any files that have been uploaded and/or displayed on internet sites, forums, private or public groups, social media accounts and pages, or any other digital formats/venues.
Refunds
Once you have applied for a refund, Romance Cover Store will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card, or Paypal account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@romancecoverstore.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
